Subst-only[edit]

@Jonesey95: I thought I was reverting an edit to an individual doc page; I only just now realized that {{REMOVE THIS TEMPLATE WHEN CLOSING THIS WIKIPROJECT PROPOSAL}} uses this centralized doc page. Your addition of {{subst only}} makes much more sense in the context of {{Archived WikiProject Proposal created}} and {{Archived WikiProject Proposal notcreated}}, which should always be substed. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm not sure how this page should handle it, though… maybe a conditional transclusion of {{subst only}}? jlwoodwa (talk) 20:23, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, good catch! I didn't notice that it was shared documentation either, when I added it or when I removed it. As a cop-out, I have added {{transclusionless}} to the /doc template. Does this mean that my "do not subst" edit should be reverted? If so, you are welcome to do that. – Jonesey95 (talk) 20:35, 2 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
