Ilana Glazer, Abbi Jacobson?[edit]

This article says the group emerged in 1990, but that Ilana Glazer & Abbi Jacobson were part of the original incarnation of the group who would have been ~6 & 3 years old in 1990. Why was the show cancelled?[edit]

I never knew why the show was cancelled and was wondering if anyone had any details. The show does not seem to be re-run at any time, even though Strangers With Candy is still occasionally shown really late at night on Comedy Central. I also wondered why the 2nd and 3rd seasons never came out on DVD. --Diamondthieves 20:07, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Los Angeles[edit]

This page has nothing about UCB in Los Angeles, which is active at least as of 2016. (Both my daughter and son-in-law took classes there, and I've been to a show there.) Material on the Los Angeles location and group is needed.Arel Lucas (talk) 22:34, 11 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"caka-walka"[edit]

Does that refer to the cakewalk dance?

The episode descriptions are largely written in a way that recalls the jokes for fans of the show, and are somewhat meaningless for those who have never heard of the show before. Varlaam (talk) 19:39, 31 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Is this the comedy troupe or the TV show?[edit]

Proposed merge of Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre into Upright Citizens Brigade[edit]
