Should GIJN membership indicate general reliability?

Could not find previous discussion of GIJN (or similar membership organizations that hold news organizations to certain journalistic standards), but it could be a helpful way to expand available generally reliable (Generally reliable) perennial sources without having to evaluate hundreds of smaller organizations. All 3 members evaluated by English Wikipedia have been found to be generally reliable:

Also, the Institute for Nonprofit News, while not evaluated to-date, had all 6 of their members who have been evaluated rated as generally reliable (ProPublica and Coda Media are 2 of those).
