Managing WikiProjects

NOTE: This list is subjective. We don't have a mechanism in place to qualify wikiprojects in objective terms. That would involve activity percentiles (like they have at SourceForge), a content grading system (which I think has been proposed but superceded) and could be problematic. So for now just use your own judgement and add the ones you think belong here. Consider this a flat list.
