Does the Strathconas' nickname from the South African War, "the Queen's Cowboys," rate mention? I haven't been able to find a contemporary source that uses the nickname; it seems to have been handed down through oral tradition.[[User:Ab.chaplin|Ab.chaplin]] ([[User talk:Ab.chaplin|talk]]) 13:45, 24 October 2020 (UTC)

Mounted Troop

Just wondering if there is a reason why it's not included on the LdSH(RC) page? I'm mre than willing to work on it if people are okay with that. Superfly94 (talk) 14:03, 27 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Royal annecdote

I do not believe that "LSH" would have been embroidered on a "divsional patch," it would have been on a cloth "shoulder title" or "shoulder flash."Ab.chaplin (talk) 14:23, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
