Cengiz Kurtoğlu (born 5 May 1959) [1] is a Turkish male Arabesque Music genre artist, musician, record producer, lyricist, songwriter, composer, and pianist.[2][unreliable source?]

He worked as a civil servant at a tea factory in Rize and moved to Istanbul in 1984. On September 12, 1984, his first album Sen Sözden Anlamaz Mısın? was released.[3] His later albums helped him building a fan group called as Cengizciler (Fans of Cengiz).[4] In 2010 Cengiz Kurtoğlu released an album called Sessizce.[5]
